15 April
Just a quick post before I head out to the Point of Stoer walk. I arose at 6.30 this morning to a day of bright sunshine with a layer of white on the ground and over the hills! The white looked like hail - fine pellets of frozen water covering the ground like a fine carpet. I went out to take a picture of Suilven which is beautifully seen from the hotel. I will post 'before' and 'after' pictures later today. As I looked up I noticed a group of deer on a small rise nearby - quite lovely. A nice start to the day.

I can't believe how you're lucking out with this amazing weather! Does this mean the curse of the Roses might be over?!
ReplyDeleteNaaa. Just dumb luck.
ReplyDeleteI just realized that I left my smartcard (now full) in the car and I just 'disrobed'. Now I have to get dressed and brave the cold chill night so I can post. This blogging is stressful. I feel the pressure, I feel the pressure.
